The registration information we collect is: your username (which does not need to be your real name), a password, a postcode (if you wish to give us one) and your email address. This information may stored as a cookie on your computer if you have this enabled. We do not pass this information to any third party unless you have given prior permission.
i) Comments and questions If you send an email or letter to us, asking for information, we may need to contact other companies or organisations to find that information. If your question is technical, we may need to pass it to our technology suppliers. We do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry, unless you have given us permission to do so. Once we have replied to you, we keep a record of your messages for reference purposes, after which it may be deleted. ii) Forums/ Guestbooks Any comments you add to Forums/ Guestbooks can be viewed by all users. Your registered username will appear next to your comments. We will not publish comments which break our forum rules.
